So while I am writing this it is 90 Fahrenheit and super hot and humid in New York City. And even though today is a tiny bit too hot, I am loving the Summer and I don’t want to think about any other season. However, this photo shoot by Emma Summerton for W Magazine made me change my mind. I love the beautiful images and that only black models are part of the shoot – that doesn’t happen very often in a high-end fashion magazine, so it is quite noteworthy. I like all the group shots – very stylish and powerful.
Seems like autumn will bring lots of lace, tweed, fur (hopefully fake!), silk, brocade and cord. I am not really into brocade at all but I do like the colorful tweeds and the lace. Overall it looks like the Fall Styles will be very much inspired by the 70ies.
How do you feel about that? Comment below and let me know how you like the styles and the photo shoot!
