Honestly, I can’t believe it is already November! Wasn’t it just August? I feel like the year speeds to an end as soon as it hits September. Spring & Summer are my seasons – even though admittedly Autumn and Winter can have their charm in NYC when the sky is blue and the sun is shining (but only then :-). The best thing about the year coming to an end is the holiday season. I actually love it. I always get a tree and decorate my apartment, drink mulled wine and host a Christmas cookie bake-off session in my house.
AND of course it is shopping season – Woot Woot! Here two important events to pencil into your calendar if you want to support black-owned businesses and buy some stylish, trendy Africa-inspired Fashion & Accessories.
